VISION
Shaping the Future
Integrating Physics and Software at the Core of Next-Generation Mechatronics
The vision of our parent company, IDAJ Co., Ltd., is to become the leading partner in transforming manufacturing processes through simulation technology. As a wholly owned subsidiary, our company was established to realize this vision within the domain of mechanical, electronic, and control software systems.
We aim to be an engineering organization that enables next-generation, model-based design and development processes for customers building advanced mechanical systems such as software-defined vehicles and industrial robots.
As agility becomes essential in modern product development, reducing physical prototypes and validating designs through virtual simulation is critical to achieving both quality and efficiency. Effective simulation requires the integration of physical system models and software-based control models. Our expertise lies in bridging these domains by translating physical models into control-oriented representations and implementing robust control algorithms and software.
While IDAJ brings deep strength in physical modeling, we complement this by delivering control software and system-level integration. Together, we provide cross-domain engineering capabilities essential for areas such as electrified and automated vehicles, where energy management, thermal control, and safe autonomous operation must be addressed simultaneously.
We also support the evolution toward smart factories by enabling system-level design and management within digital twin environments. This includes the application of AI for analysis and decision support, as well as advanced visualization technologies. Through these capabilities, we strive to be a trusted engineering partner for customers shaping the future of manufacturing.

LEADERSHIP
Executive Management

KOICHIRO TAMATE
Board Director
Deputy Head of MBD Process Solution Division
Executive Officer, IDAJ Co., Ltd.(Concurrent Position)
Having joined the company in 2004, For more than 20 years, I have been engaged in advancing CAE(Computer-Aided Engineering) technologies. MBD (Model-Based Development), and MBSE (Model-Based Systems Engineering) from the perspective of a software vendor.
Our mission is to drive innovation in manufacturing by delivering, as an integrated whole, advanced modeling technologies that represent all elements of a system through models, model- and data-driven design and development processes, and the digital engineering platforms that seamlessly connect them.

MITSURU SAKAGUCHI
Board Director
Representative Director & President, Real Connect Inc.
(Concurrent Position)
After working as a sales engineer for design CAD at a CAD/CAM trading company, he moved on to a CAD vendor and subsequently to a CAE vendor. I was involved in the establishment of Integration Technology Inc.(former company name) and contributed to obtaining official partner certification with MathWorks.
With over 15 years of expertise in Model-Based Development (MBD), I led the launch of the Industrial DX Department in 2024, launching initiatives in digital twin and xR technologies. In Okinawa, he established a VR subsidiary, Realconnect Inc., and is actively driving expansion into new business domains.
